You know you are getting old when it snows and instead of running out the door to build a snowman and throw snowballs at 5am in the morning with glee; you are instead pulling your hair out wondering when the train services are going to resume normal service and the big trucks are going to come along and grit the ground you would love to be able to walk on.
So, do any ICIS subscribers/members have any nice "snow" pictures they would like to share with us on here? or any stories of how the snow has impacted you or indeed if you are based outside of the UK how you cope in "adverse" weather conditions.
yes , sounds right. i love snows, but i really did not go out to throw snowballs these years. i think i am getting older. will post some pix here when i have in the future!
Feels such a long time ago since we had the snow in the UK.... we are waiting for the sun to shine for Summer
Unfortunately, here in Ohio we get a fair share of snow. It will not be long before it starts to fall either.
I bet Ohio is better equipped to deal with the snow, unlike the UK! Literally everything grounded to a halt here, there were no trains/buses etc......
i love the snow when i haven’t got to go to work though.
