Honeywell will also provide the front-end engineering design (FEED) for the system, it added.

Al Zour will be the Middle East’s largest refinery after starting up in 2018, Honeywell said. The new refinery will help meet domestic and export demand for ultra-low sulphur products such as fuel oil, diesel and kerosene, as well as petrochemical feedstocks.
