SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Spot toluene di-isocyanate (TDI) discussions in the Iranian market seemed to be unchanged, market sources said on Thursday.

A trader said it sold several hundred tonnes of TDI at $2,650/tonne for March shipment. However the information could not be verified with buyers.

The trader added demand has been decreasing two weeks ahead of the new year celebrations.

A local market player said it expected domestic TDI prices to remain unchanged at rial (IR) 83,000/kg for local product and IR87,000/kg for South Korean product until 20 March, which is the last day of the year in some countries following the Solar Hijri calendar.
