SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announced on Tuesday that it will terminate antidumping measures on acrylate esters imports from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia from 9 April.

The domestic acrylates industry did not propose an expiry review to the ministry following a notice of expiry on 8 October 2013, the ministry said.

The ministry made a decision on 8 April that it would end the punitive duties of acrylate esters imports, it added.

China has extended its antidumping measures for another five years from 2009, and the duty imposed is in the range of 2-49%, according to a market source.
