Floods force Bosnian MA producer Koksna into unplanned shutdown

LONDON (ICIS)--Bosnia-based maleic anhydride (MA) producer Koksna has shut down its plant as a result of heavy floods in the region, company sources confirmed on Friday.

Koksna’s MA plant is located in Lukavac and has a namelate capacity of 10,000 tonnes/year.

It is not confirmed when the plant shut down but according to market sources it was about two weeks ago.
