The decline in urea prices slows down in Shandong, east China. A few producers attempt higher prices. EXW offers are mostly at yuan (CNY) 1,450-1,480/tonne ($233.5-238.3/tonne), but a few producers have concluded their deals with buyers in other regions at lower levels. Producers in the southern parts of Shandong report moderate trades, because of slightly improved demand from the agricultural sector. But producers in the northern parts of Shandong focus on the fulfilment of previous orders, and fresh trades are modest. Prices for granules fall to CNY1,520-1,550/tonne.
