LONDON (ICIS)–The European propylene contract price for December has been fully settled at €955/tonne, down by €60/tonne from November, market sources said on Friday.

A decrease was widely expected on the back of the weaker feedstock naphtha market in November when compared with October.

The supply and demand outlook for December is largely viewed as well-balanced.

Three producers and three consumers have directly confirmed the settlement.

The contract is agreed on a free delivered (FD) northwest Europe (NWE) basis.
