ICIS launches Innovation Awards for 2009

ICIS is proud to be partnering once again with Dow Corning as the lead sponsor for the sixth annual ICIS Innovation Awards for the chemical industry. This year ICIS is pleased to welcome CRA International as the sponsor for the Best Product Innovation category.

The ICIS Innovation Awards are designed to recognise those companies that have made significant steps forward in technological and business innovation, with tangible results emerging during 2008 and the early part of this year. The Awards are open to companies around the world, reflecting ICIS's global coverage of the industry.
 
The judges will be looking for innovative projects that solve problems / provide solutions, or a demonstration of an innovative approach to an R&D project by the company entering and / or its customers. Read about previous winners here.
 
There are four categories to enter:
• Best Product Innovation - sponsored by CRA International
• Best Innovation by a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME)
• Best Business Innovation
• Best Innovation in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
 
For the first time this year, ICIS will also announce an overall winner, with the Award to be presented by Dow Corning.
 
Benefits for the winners

• A company profile in a special 12-page supplement in ICIS Chemical Business in October. This will give your company excellent visibility and recognition as a leader of innovation, with a highly targeted audience of 21,500 senior executives and key decision makers.
