INEOS's core values include the running of a safe, environmentally-sound and ethical business and to promote continuous improvement and innovation. It aims to be a performance driven organisation and the supplier of choice to targeted customers.


The company will continue with its management philosophy of operating a simple and decentralised organisational structure. Its main challenge will be to get all parts of its business to run in line with each other.


In 2009, INEOS had sales of €18.1bn and 11,949 employees.
