The ICIS Caustic Soda report is published weekly in 6 different region, giving the reader a complete global picture

  • In Asia the report tracks FOB NE Asia and CFR SE Asia prices
  • The European report covers the quarterly contract, monthly distribution, domestic spot and import and export markets for both liquid and solid grades which are quoted on a dry metric tonne (dmt) basis
  • The US quotes spot prices of liquid material, for both export and barge prices on a FOB basis as well as monthly contract price.
  • In China, the report focuses on 32% liquid and 99% solid for the Chinese domestic market. There is also coverage of the export market on a FOB basis
  • The four key regions of Africa are covered – the North, South, West and East ­– offering both liquid and solid spot prices
  • The Latin America report covers domestic and import prices in the region
