The ICIS Weekly Margin – Ethylene US Report is published weekly

  • It contains the business model, the margin calculation and the model yield pattern and calculation
  • In the USG there are 14 pricing inputs used to generate the full content of the report and there are conversions to ethane, benzene, gasoline, residual fuel oil and natural gas
  • There is also a section for short-term changes and longer range views such as ethane versus naphtha feed and contract versus spot
  • The margin reports are designed to complement ICIS’ highly regarded pricing data and provides a clear indication of the direction of business cash costs and cash margins, forming a basis for informed market positioning by sellers, buyers and traders
