In October the market was relatively strong, and the price fluctuated at a high level. In November market demand was acceptable. In December the market continued to rise.
In October, supply improved over the previous period, although the demand of oil blenders weakened. Overall, demand was still relatively strong. The high crude oil price inspired market confidence, and the price was firmer.
In November, supply and demand kept stable. The price was affected by crude oil and commodity futures, and the toluene market was mixed. At the beginning of December, due to the OPEC agreement to curb oil production, crude oil and commodity futures soared, and the market continued to rise and reached the highest position this year
