Jeffrey (Jeff) Skelton
Chief Executive Officer
With over 25 years’ experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors, Jeff joined ICIS in 2023. Prior to that, he was Chief Revenue Officer at LexisNexis® Risk Solutions in the US, where he led the Insurance division’s transformation to $1 billion revenue through organic growth, acquisitions, integrations and expansion into new markets.
In 2019, Jeff moved to the UK to lead the Insurance group in the UK and Europe. Jeff is a recovering political enthusiast, lobbyist and campaign manager in US politics. His favourite author and philosopher is Dr. Seuss, and in his time running a business he also started a successful newspaper.
Alison Jones
Chief Strategy Officer
Alison joined ICIS in 2020 after 18 years at Bloomberg, where she ran the investment research business. At ICIS she plays significant role in championing the business’ purpose and leading its long-term growth Strategy.
Alison is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion. She has previously represented Bloomberg on the board of the London Women’s Forum (a network of senior women within the financial services industry) and is an executive sponsor of the RELX Menopause Employee Resource Group. Alison loves trying to keep fit (running, cycling and Pilates) when she gets the chance, given her second job as a taxi service to her two children.
Dorota Tsatsaris
VP of Technology
Dorota joined ICIS in 2011 after several years in technology-focused functions across companies including AOL and Accenture. Dorota is a committed technology leader focused on driving change and transformation and is always looking to see better usage of new technology for customers.
Dorota is a passionate mentor and supporter of young professionals and Women in Technology. She loves going shopping with her daughters, going to the pub with friends and listening to podcasts on topics from the latest tech trends and health research, to geopolitics and philosophy.
Kerrie Orme
Global VP of Marketing and Customer Insight
Kerrie joined ICIS in 2021 after leading the Sales and Marketing function at XpertHR (another brand under the LexisNexis® Risk Solutions portfolio) for eight years. She has been pivotal in embedding Marketing as a key strategic driver of revenue growth at ICIS.
Kerrie is a true Girls Aloud fan, makes a mean Sunday roast, and if you are ever on a call with her, don’t be surprised if Lexie, her gorgeous cocker spaniel dog, makes a guest appearance.
Feroze Khan
Senior Finance Business Partner
Feroze oversees the financial operations of ICIS as well as setting and defining the business’ long-term financial objectives.
Feroze joined ICIS in 2019 after training with accountants Ernst & Young in London, where he became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales (ICAEW).
Feroze moved to London from Pakistan in 2011, to study. He is an avid Liverpool supporter and is often to be found in London stadiums when his beloved club is in town.
Elizabeth (Liz) Hofman
VP & Lead Counsel
Liz joined RELX in 2018 as the legal business partner for XpertHR, and became part of the ICIS executive committee in 2024.
In her role, Liz seeks to foster collaboration between the legal team and the businesses within LexisNexis® Risk Solutions, to ensure alignment of business and legal strategies as part of the wider legal function.
Liz began her legal career as a merger and acquisition lawyer in private practice and spent seven years in legal roles at Thomson Reuters prior to joining RELX.
Philippa (Phil) Edward
Chief Operating Officer
Phil joined ICIS in 2022, having worked across the RELX brands for over 10 years, within both our Aviation, and Financial Crime and Compliance divisions.
Phil enjoys building and shaping thriving business cultures and is personally committed to improving female representation at senior leadership level, by sponsoring and mentoring female talent.
Phil has an eclectic range of hobbies from knitting and skiing to singing in a choir – and a strange fascination with mountains, despite being scared of heights.
Ashley Byford-Bates
Chief Content Officer
Ashley joined ICIS in 2016 after spending three years at Reuters, leading Product and Strategy. He is a problem solver and mentor, with a passion for Product and innovation.
He is a keen photographer and loves cycling and paddle boarding. Ashley is also a former member of the Territorial Army. What gets him out of bed every morning? Usually, one of his four children demanding breakfast.
Steph Healey
Human Resources Director
Focused on creating a thriving culture at ICIS, part of Data Services within LexisNexis® Risk Solutions, Steph joined the business in 2022. She had previously worked extensively in financial services for over 25 years.
Steph is a creative person who loves singing and the performing arts, often taking part in local theatre performances. She promises not to leave us for Britain’s Got Talent TV show just yet.
