SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Chinese paraffin wax discussions are softer week on week amid the seasonal lull period, market sources said on Wednesday.

In addition, there were no immediate festivities to substantially boost candle making and wax consumption.

Market participants placed workable levels at below $1,100/tonne FOB (free on board) China.

On 26 July, spot prices for fully refined solid paraffin wax were assessed by ICIS at $1,130-1,150/tonne FOB CMP (China Main Port).
