LONDON (ICIS)–The European titanium dioxide (TiO2)
supply remains tight, with little-to-no general supply
relief, despite the summer holidays. The upward price
momentum in Europe could continue into the fourth quarter, if
supply remains strained, although any upward price move could
be moderated to some extent by downstream affordability
