INTERACTIVE: US ethanol supplies fall week on week

HOUSTON (ICIS)–US ethanol supplies fell last week, the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) said on Wednesday.

Supplies fell to 21.344m bbl from 21.846m bbl the prior week. Year on year, supplies are 7.3% weaker than 23.034m bbl.

Consumption rose to 0.917m bbl/day from 0.904m bbl/day the prior week. Year on year, consumption is 0.5% stronger than 0.912m bbl/day.

Production fell to 1.009m bbl/day from 1.034m bbl/day the prior week. Year on year, production is 1.6% stronger than 0.993m bbl/day.
