INTERACTIVE: APIC ’18: Singapore’s key petchem feedstocks exports surge in 2017

KUALA LUMPUR (ICIS)–Singapore’s exports of most key petrochemical raw materials surged in 2017 on a year-on-year basis, industry data showed on Monday.
– Ethylene exports more than doubled last year
from 2016 while propylene exports also
surged.
– Butadiene exports almost doubled while
toluene shipments abroad were up by 7.5% year
on year.

The data was published by the Singapore Chemical Industry Council in a report for the 2018 Asia Petrochemical Industry Conference (APIC) held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which runs on 20-21 August.
