US, Mexico presidents announce trade deal

HOUSTON (ICIS)–The presidents of the US and Mexico announced on Monday that their countries had reached a trade deal.
US President Donald Trump posted on his Twitter account:
A big deal looking good with Mexico!

Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto said on his Twitter account that he will briefly talk with Trump about the latest bilateral progress in the renegotiations of NAFTA, the free trade agreement between the US, Mexico and Canada.
En breve hablaré con el Presidente @realDonaldTrump sobre los últimos avances a nivel bilateral de la negociación del TLCAN, con lo que Canadá podría reincorporarse a las pláticas.

Neither the Mexican president nor the US one released any statements on their websites.
Bloomberg reported that Trump announced the deal during an event at the president’s office with Pena Nieto participating by conference call.
