SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China will impose anti-dumping duties (ADDs) on acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) imported from South Korea and Japan for five years starting 9 November, the Ministry of Commerce said on Thursday.
The decision came as a final ruling on the case after conducting investigations.
Anti-dumping deposits have been in place on those imports since 16 July as temporary measures.
Compared with the deposit rates, the ADD rates for Korean producers are unchanged, while those for Japan’s Zeon and JSR were reduced from 30% and 18.1%, respectively.
South Korea | ADD rates |

LG Chem | 15.0% |
All others | 37.3% |
