China’s September benzene imports up 14.9% month on month

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s imports of benzene were up by 14.87% month on month to 193,100 tonnes in September, according to the latest official customs data.

On a year-on-year basis, the country’s imports of benzene dropped by 14.63% in September, China Customs data showed.

On the exports front, China’s shipments of benzene abroad declined by 49.15% to 3,000 tonnes on a month-on-month basis in September.
