India through a joint venture with the

business
The European Commission on Friday cleared
BASF’s acquisition of Solvay’s nylon assets
after the two parties promised a remedy package
addressing anti-trust concerns.

export spot prices down as length
persists
European domestic and export acetone spot
prices have decreased on the back of persistent
length in the region, sources said.
