Russia’s Kazanorgsintez to shut LDPE production for turnaround

MOSCOW (MRC)--Kazanorgsintez will shut down its low density polyethylene (LDPE) production for a scheduled turnaround on 26 September, according to ICIS-MRC Price Report.

The scheduled turnaround will last until 24 October.

The plant’s overall annual LDPE production capacity is 225,000 tonnes.

Kazanorgsintez is a subsidiary of TAIF Group.

MRC, a partner of ICIS, produces polymers news and pricing reports from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
