SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China's
polyethylene (PE) pipe grade demand
is expected to strengthen further
in June after recovering to normal
levels this month following the
coronavirus outbreak.
Domestic demand will remain
supported by the seasonal peak
season as well as the modest
recovery in buying interest from
overseas markets as more economies
ease their lockdowns to restart the
economies.
In this episode of the ICIS Asia
podcast, Jasmine Khoo speaks with
Hazel Goh, senior editor for the
ICIS Asia and Middle East
Polyethylene Pipe Grade report to
find out more about what the market
has been through since February.
