Author: Jasmine Khoo

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--The isocyanates market in the Middle East has been witnessing weak demand due to nationwide lockdowns and supply chain disruptions. The market faces an uncertain outlook heading into the third quarter amid a weak global economic environment.

In Asia, conditions were largely similar, though the gradual easing of lockdowns in the southeast Asian and Indian markets brought about expectations of improved uptake.

In this episode of the ICIS Asia Podcast, Senior Editor Jasmine Khoo speaks with Prateek Pillai, Markets Reporter of the ICIS Middle East Isocyanates reports, on the latest market trends and the near term outlook.
