HOUSTON (ICIS)--US polyvinyl chloride (PVC) production remains constrained by Hurricane Laura impacts, as well as by coronavirus shutdowns, while demand is elevated due to home improvement sales.

Producers, however, are unable to store the caustic soda that is created as a co-product of chlorine, further constraining PVC production.

PVC expert Bill Bowen discusses this and more in this podcast interview by Anna Matherne and Alex Snodgrass.
