MOVES: Dutch AkzoNobel appoints Gregoire Poux-Guillaume as new CEO

SINGAPORE (ICIS)–AkzoNobel has appointed Gregoire Poux-Guillaum as its new CEO effective 1 November this year, succeeding Thierry Vanlancker, the Dutch paints and coatings firm said on Tuesday.
Poux-Guillaum will take over from Vanlancker when his term ends if shareholders vote to approve of the appointment in September, the company said in a statement.
Poux-Guillaum was previously the CEO of Swiss manufacturing firm Sulzer.
Vanlancker has been the CEO of AkzoNobel since 2017.
