Russia’s PVC production up 4% in January-September

MOSCOW (MRC)–Russia’s production of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) rose 4%, year on year, during the January-September period to nearly 750,000 tonnes, according to an MRC’s ScanPlast report.
Every producer in Russia increased PVC output during the nine-month period.
