Russia’s PVC production up by 3% in January-November

MOSCOW (MRC)–
Russia’s production of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) stood at 918,900 tonnes in January-November, up 3% year on year, according to an MRC’s ScanPlast report.
All Russian PVC producers increased output during the period.
