Economic growth in eurozone and EU accelerated in Q3, revised data shows

LONDON (ICIS)–Economic growth in both the eurozone and the EU accelerated in Q3, according to official revised data on Friday.
Seasonally adjusted GDP increased by 0.4% in the eurozone and the EU from the previous quarter.
In Q2, GDP grew by 0.2% in both the eurozone and the EU from Q1, statistics agency Eurostat said in an update from its initial estimate at the end of October.

On a year-on-year basis, Q3 GDP increased by 0.9% in the eurozone and by 1.0% in the EU.
