Japan passenger car sales rise again in January 2017

LONDON (ICIS)–Japanese passenger car sales recorded another year-on-year rise in January, according to data from the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA) on Monday.

Passenger car sales increased by 4.39% to 343,423 vehicles, with small car sales remaining the key driver of this upward movement, rising by nearly 19%.
