HOUSTON (ICIS)--FMC completed two agriculture deals with DuPont, the US-based agrochemical producer said on Wednesday.
Under the first one, FMC acquired a portion of DuPont's crop-protection business, it said. DuPont needed to divest this portion so it could comply with a ruling from the European Commission regarding its merger with Dow Chemical.
DuPont has completed that merger, and it is now part of DowDuPont.
In the other transaction, FMC sold its health and nutrition business to DuPont.
These deals were first announced in March. FMC did not disclose the financial details.
