LONDON (ICIS)–On January 1 2020, sulphur content in shipping fuels will be capped globally at 0.5%. This will mean fuel prices and freight rate contracts will have to be renegotiated, placing profit margins in the balance.

Markets reporter for chemical tanker shipping Clare Pennington talks about the implications for the shipping market in 2019 with markets editor Sam Wright.
