LONDON (CNI)--StoHaas Monomer plans to bring one of its acrylic acid lines at its Marl plant in Germany back on-stream next week, a company source told CNI on Friday.
One of the three lines at the plant was closed last month due to technical problems. The shutdown has reduced propylene consumption at the site, the StoHaas source confirmed. Neither the capacity of the line nor the plant was divulged.
StoHaas Monomer is a joint venture between Degussa subsidiary Stockhausen and US firm Rohm & Haas.
