LONDON (ICIS news)--The first European toluene contract price for January has been agreed at $610/tonne, up $50/tonne on December, a producer and consumer said on Tuesday.
The toluene contract price, which was settled on a free on board (FOB) Northwest Europe (NWE) basis, firmed in line with higher energy and gasoline costs.
On Tuesday morning, traders valued spot toluene prices at $630-665/tonne FOB ARA for January.
