SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Formosa Petrochemical Corp (FPCC) has posted NT$40bn ($1.2bn/€955m) in revenues for October, down 15.6% from the same month last year, the Taiwanese chemicals and refining major said late on Monday.
It didn’t provide a commentary on the results.
For the first 10 months of the year, its revenues rose 21.8% over the same period last year to reach NT437.4bn, FPCC said.
ICIS news earlier reported that for the first three quarters ended 30 September 2006, the company’s operating income fell 9.7% to NT41bn.
Revenue during the period ending 30 September rose 28.7% to NT380.1bn while net income fell 30.8% to NT31bn, it said in a statement
