LONDON (ICIS news)--Perstorp’s new biodiesel unit in Stenungsund, Sweden, is producing and delivering on-spec material, a company source said on Wednesday.

The 160,000 tonne/year plant, which officially opened at the end of May, made its first biodiesel deliveries last week.

The rapeseed methyl ester (RME) biodiesel unit was now running at full capacity, the source said.

Europe biodiesel producers include Greenergy, Biofuels Corp and Oleon.
