HOUSTON (ICIS news)--US-based industrial gases firm Air Products and a member of Japan’s Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corp (TNSC) plan to jointly build and operate a 200m cubic feet/year liquid helium production plant near Big Piney, Wyoming, the companies said on Wednesday.
Air Products and TNSC member Matheson Tri-Gas would process crude helium produced by a natural gas processing facility that would be owned by Cimarex Energy and its partner, ?xml:namespace>

The companies said they expect to eventually increase the capacity of the plant.
