SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Chinese chemical producer Shandong Haihua said on Thursday talks between its parent and China National Chemical Corp (ChemChina) on cooperation failed.
Shandong Haihua Group would not be planning for such talks within the next three months, the subsidiary said in a statement to the Shenzhen stock exchange.
Both companies did not sign any agreements as they could not agree on how they could cooperate, it added.
