LONDON (ICIS news)--Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corp (BADC) has awarded a cargo of triple superphosphate (TSP) under its 9 January tender for 50,000 tonnes to Tunisia's Groupe Chimique Tunisien (GCT), but one offer was still outstanding, participating producers said on Thursday.

GCT was awarded 25,000 tonnes at $860/tonne (€576/tonne) CFRLO (cost, insurance and freight liner out).

However, Moroccan producer Office Cherifien des Phosphates (OCP), which offered at $858/tonne CFRLO, had not received an award to date, a source at the company said, with negotiations understood to be ongoing.

Bangladesh uses TSP for application on rice paddy crops.
