LONDON (ICIS news)--An initial November benzene contract has been settled down €481/tonne ($625/tonne) from October, a source at a major consumer said on Friday.

The settlement was made at a dollar concept of $412/tonne FOB (free on board) NWE (northwest Europe) and converted to a euro price of €316/tonne FOB NWE at an officially agreed exchange rate of $1.3035 to the euro, according to the source. 

Final confirmation from other buyers and sellers was pending.
