SHANGHAI (ICIS news)--China is launching an anti-dumping duties investigation on polyamide6,6 imports from the US, Italy, Britain, France, and Taiwan from 14 November, the Ministry of Commerce said on its website early Friday.

The investigation would last until 14 November 2009, during which the ministry will determine how margins of Chinese domestic polyamide makers have been adversely affected by imports.

The ministry will decide after a year if there is a need to extend the investigation for another six months to May 2010.
