TORONTO (ICIS news)--Rohm and Haas has launched the first phase of its new 70,000 tonne/year polymer emulsions plant near ?xml:namespace>
The plant would be focused on additives for paint and coatings materials and adhesives, it said.
The facility marked Rohm and Haas’s largest investment in Russia to date, it said, but did not disclose how much the plant cost.
