HOUSTON (ICIS news)--NOVA Chemicals CEO Jeffrey Lipton will retire effective 1 May and will be succeeded by Christopher Pappas, the plastics manufacturer said on Monday.
Lipton, 66, will retire after nearly 15 years with the company, NOVA said. He will remain a member of the board of directors until the company's next annual meeting.
Pappas, who has been president and chief operating officer for NOVA since January, has been with the corporation since 2000.
