Elastogran to ramp down Schwarzheide TDI for turnaround

LONDON (ICIS news)--BASF subsidiary Elastogran plans to ramp down its TDI operating rates at Schwarzheide, Germany from 17 April in preparation for a maintenance turnaround, a company source said on Wednesday.

The unit, which has a nameplate capacity of 80,000 tonnes/year, was expected to be off line for approximately four to five weeks, added the source.
