LONDON (ICIS news)--Shell Chemicals has declared forces majeures on ethylene (C2) and propylene (C3) supply from Moerdijk in the Netherlands due to reduced operations at its cracker, a company spokesman said on Wednesday.
“Yesterday afternoon [Tuesday 23 February] we declared force majeure,” the spokesman said.
