MOVES: Diggs to retire as US PPG senior VP, general counsel

HOUSTON (ICIS news)--James Diggs will retire effective 1 July as senior vice president and general counsel for PPG Industries, the US chemicals and coatings manufacturer said on Tuesday.

His successor has not been named. Diggs joined PPG in 1997 and served as the company’s chief legal officer for 13 years, said CEO Charles Bunch.

Diggs also led the company’s environmental, health and safety and government affairs functions, Bunch added.

Diggs previously served as an assistant US attorney for the Department of Justice (DOJ) in Cleveland, Ohio.
