SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--ExxonMobil plans to shut down several units at its integrated manufacturing site in Singapore on 1 May for six weeks of scheduled maintenance, the company said on Friday.

The integrated manufacturing site consists of a 605,000 bbl/day refinery and a chemical plant.

The refinery manufactures a wide range of fuels, lubricant basestocks and specialty products, while the chemical plant comprises five integrated units and is a strategic supply pillar for ExxonMobil’s business operations in the region, it said.

The company had made provisions to meet customer requirements during the shutdown period, it added.
