India’s FACT issues 12,000 tonne phosphoric acid tender

MUMBAI (ICIS)--India’s Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) has issued a tender for 12,000 tonnes of phosphoric acid for delivery in August-September, the company said on Tuesday.

The material was due to be shipped in 5,000-7,000 tonne lots during August-September to the port of Cochin, it said in a statment on its website.

Offers were to be submitted by 13 August and were required on CFR (cost and freight) basis, the company added.

Phosphoric acid is used in the production of phosphate fertilizers.
