LONDON (ICIS)--Dow has started up its second joint-venture linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) train at Mab Ta Phut in ?xml:namespace>
The Solution LLDPE II train, which is owned by the company’s joint venture with Siam Cement - Siam Polyethylene -would be commercially available in November, the company said.

Siam Polyethylene is one of four joint-venture companies between Dow and Siam Cement that manufacture products including styrene monomer, styrene-butadiene latex, polyethylene, polystyrene and compounding products.
The company did not disclose the capacity of the plant.
