TiO2 firms push through 15 cent/lb US hikes on tight market
HOUSTON (ICIS)--The North American titanium dioxide (TiO2) market saw second-quarter contract prices rise by 15 cents/lb ($331/tonne, €228/tonne), producers and customers said on Friday.

US holiday travel expected to drop despite lower gasoline prices
HOUSTON (ICIS)--Falling prices at the gasoline pump may not overcome a slowing US economic recovery, leading to fewer travellers on the road during the Fourth of July holiday weekend, compared with last year, an analyst said on Friday.
